Just wanted to say how pleased I was to receive my order last week and particularly to acknowledge your excellent packing system. I have purchased from several online plant companies, my choice depending on whether or not the company has what I want in stock and then price and delivery costs. Even if other suppliers had what I wanted at the time your company would have had my business because of your pricing, but I wanted to let you know your packaging is far superior to any other I have seen. Once the outside wrapping is removed the tubes are easily removable and there is no risk of damage to the plants which is a concern when the sticky tape and plastic wrapping is directly attached to each individual tube, as most other companies have. The combination of price and excellent packaging means I will be looking for your website for future purchases. Thanks for such great service!
