Shipping & Returns

All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by Fernview Nurseries and all other subsidiaries of Fernview Nurseries including but not limited to its agents and employees.

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, it’s agents and or its employees.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and unless otherwise stated include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, Fernview Nurseries reserves the right to adjust the prices in accordance with its current pricing structures at anytime and without notice.

Fernview Nurseries will not be held responsible for any products that are delayed due to situations that are beyond it’s reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.

Payment is required prior to dispatch on all online orders.

Change Of Mind Returns

Please note: Once your order has been placed if you wish to add or change you must contact us via phone or email prior to dispatch.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after it arrives, we are able to provide you with a credit or refund for the amount you paid for the item (excluding any shipping costs), providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase (ie. 14 days from the date shown on invoice).
  2. Item(s) must be in original packaging and alive – Fernview Nurseries reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
  3. Item(s) must be accompanied by a copy of their original invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact us BEFORE attempting to return your item(s).

If you'd like to exchange your items for a different variety please contact Fernview Nurseries as soon as possible to determine whether the item(s) are indeed available, before attempting to return them. Please note, any additional shipping costs to facilitate an exchange must be covered by the customer, unless Fernview Nurseries is at fault.

Once your returned item(s) have been received a credit will be applied to your account, if an exchange is requested this credit will be applied to the exchange order.

No refunds or exchange on clearance stock items.

Damaged Item(s)

While we take every care to package and supply your plants in good condition.

If you believe your item(s) to be damaged, please Contact Us, in your email please include the following information:

  1. A description of the damage (photographs are often helpful in this area).
  2. A description of the variety of plant.
  3. The remedy you are seeking: eg. refund or credit.
  4. A copy of your original invoice (as proof of purchase).
  5. Your account information: name, account number, address etc.

Damaged returns will be assessed by our team on a case by case basis.

Please note: Plants that are received in good condition and are delivered by Australia Post in a reasonable time duration become the responsibility of the client. Once repotted or planted refunds or replacement are the discretion of Fernview Nurseries.

We advise all returns to be made through a trackable service, as Fernview Nurseries accepts no responsibility for returned items not received.

Shipping Information

We have flat rate postage fee depending on your region on all orders within Australia.

We have a postage calculator that determines costs dynamically on all orders within Australia.

There are some estimated rates available on our postage rates page.

At Fernview Nurseries we promise to post your order as quickly as we can. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your payment and carefully pick your order ready for shipping. Don’t forget, Fernview Nurseries takes a much needed break on weekends and public holidays - which means if you place an order Friday we’ll get started on it the following week. As we dispatch orders through Australia Post the average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk mail too! As automated emails can often be put there.
